Watching the news this morning and I cant figure out what is wrong with some people.So here is a new segment called: Where they do that at?

Bonus: Man self proclaims himself a Prince and decided to piss off the neighbors by hanging clothes in the front yard,all over the yard.Then proceeding to build sand castles as well.They say its crap and he needs to clean it up,he says it's fine art and they should appreciate it.
